Shipping Policy

MSR Arms offers shipping to most locations in the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska and the US Territories. Orders are usually shipped the next business day using USPS mail, or FedEx. In most cases, you will receive a tracking number by email within one business day after placing your order.
All expedited shipping references are in terms of business days and do not include holiday or weekend days in their estimate. For example, 2 Day shipping is 2 Business Day shipping. Additionally, the day estimate references the number of days from the time the carrier receives the shipment and does not include processing or handling times.
If you would like to specify a certain carrier, add expedited shipping, or to add insurance or signature requirement for your package, please notify us at the time of your order at sales@msrarms.com or through order notes. Additional fees may apply.
If your package is lost or damaged as a result of the shipping company’s error we will refund all shipping charges. In any case the product’s value will only be refunded if you have requested insurance. Insurance claims are processed by the shipping company (courier).
MSR Arms is not responsible for delays in shipping due to carrier logistics issues. We deliver your order to the appropriate carrier as fast as possible. We can not control how your order is handled from that point forward.
Some couriers will not ship to Post Office boxes. If you have requested a P.O. Box as your shipping address we may contact you for a street address, which could delay processing and shipping of your order.
Some items (cleaning solvents, lithium batteries, etc) cannot be shipped by air and could cause a delay in shipping while we process these items separately. Any items which are required by law to be shipped with Adult Signature Required will include an additional charge. We will notify you of any additional charges prior to fulfilling your order.
