Q Is this legal in New Jersey? answer now
Asked by MSR Arms on January 14, 2019 12:50
Answered by the admin We are not attorneys or legal experts and can not offer legal advise, but we can say the code section state a large capacity magazine as being "a box, drum, tube or other container which is capable of holding more than [15] 10 rounds of ammunition to be fed continuously and directly therefrom into a semi-automatic firearm." The DoubleStack allows the magazines, when coupled together, to hold more that 10 or 15 rounds, but does not allow for "continuous and direct" feeding of all the rounds.
