RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE

We stand behind the products we sell. Returns or exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of the original purchase and will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale. MSR Arms reserves the right to issue a corporate check on any return.

All returned items require the original undamaged packaging, all parts or components that came with the product, and a copy of the original Invoice or Return Authorization letter. All returned items must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition as a new items unless approval is given prior to returning the item. The invoice copy or return authorization letter must be marked with a return authorization number obtained by contacting sales@msrarms.com BEFORE shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the buyer. Products damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and not MSR Arms. Any return that is received that does not comply with the terms above is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% or denial of refund. If the return is due to any error on behalf of MSR Arms, or the product is defective, we will pay or reimburse the return shipping costs up to our standard ground rate of $8.99. This only includes products which were shipped from MSR Arms in a defective state.

In most cases MSR Arms will process a refund or store credit within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise, but please allow up to 14 days from the date the refund is processed for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. MSR Arms may refund the cost of the returned product and up to $8.99 of the original delivery shipping fee, if applicable.

Items not eligible for return:

• 80% Lowers – 80% machined lower receivers and Jigs for 80% lower receivers can not be returned to us if they have been worked on or modified in any way. Contact the manufacturer directly for information on returns for 80% lowers or Jigs.
• Tools and tool kits – Tools and tool kits must have original undamaged manufacture packaging and must show no wear. Tools or kits returned in condition other than listed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Magazines – Due to varying state legislation, magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds and all forms of ammunition are not able to be returned or exchanged. Barrels that have been installed and/or fired are also unable to be returned unless defective. Product returns are never accepted due to changes in legislation or law. It is up to the buyer to know the rules and laws in their area and order accordingly. Contact our Customer Service Team for more information.
• Optics – We do not accept returns on optics including scopes, red-dot sights, binoculars, spotting scopes, or other optical devices.
• Ammunition

MSR Arms does its best to represent the products sold through text and images on this site. Occasionally manufacturers and suppliers make changes or enhancements, cosmetic or functional, to the products listed without prior notice to vendors of these changes. All product images and text should be considered for illustration proposes only. Please refer directly to the manufacturers’ website or documentation for the most current product images and specifications.
